Hi everyone, I hope everyone is doing well as the team is getting back onto what’s at hand after periods of separate vacations, but overall work has been going forward.

As there isn’t much to work UI and hard features wise, concerning the platform we’ve been prioritizing Migration (David) to then test and refactor the code, whilst we finish the last steps before the inevitable launch of the Stipend Platform 1.0.

We also took a moment during this update to explore some unanswered questions with an Update RoadMap that shows what’s coming ahead for the project.

1 — September Progress

As everyone knows, we had new very talented team members join us last month, mostly to focus on platform Foundations and Security to be ready to launch in optimal situations, but as of right now as the code of the platform is getting a bit too big to handle (hundreds of commits not yet synched) we are giving priority to Migration as it’s nearing completion as David just came back from his vacation (Welcome Back!).

We would need a week or so to sort the commits and code to then handle the last features/fixes/testing whilst the security team is working on the Backend/Frontend security.

2 — Blockchain Update

Since Last Month Cassey was reviewing the state of the 5.2 upgrade, the chain doesn’t seem to have any issues and the fork should be going smoothly we will update directly once we have a Timeline in place for the new Wallet Release.

3 — Vision and RoadMap

This section is specific to this update as we’ve seen messages talking about aspects of the project that doesn’t seem to make sense to some of the community members, so we will detail in the attached picture as much as possible each milestone the project will be going towards in the next year or two.

4 — Migration

The DataBase migration was one of the biggest stone the project had to pursue during this year and we are glad it coming to a close as we just pulled out the last couple MangoDB code from the project, more tests of course are needed but we are glad we will soon put the DataBase migration behind us.

5 — Security and Launch

The Security team will update us with a complete report once the Migration is done. As of now they should move on to working directly on the source code in the next couple of days, we will work on a comprehensive timeline to match every other aspect in the project to come up with an approximate date for Launch, but we can proudly say it’s getting closer.

6 — Conclusion

The progress is still green for all the sections of the projects as we are getting closer and closer to the innevitable Launch.

Thanks again for all the support you’ve shown!
